Description
Fry bacon until crisp.
Cut veal into serving portions and brown in the hot bacon fat.
Add onion and brown.
Season the veal with paprika and salt.
Stir in sour cream and tomato sauce.
Cover the pan and cook for about 30 minutes.
Serve cutlets with the sauce over boiled or fried noodles.
