Description
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg and milk.
Add the bread crumbs, mix with a fork, and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Stir in salt, pepper, onion, and chili sauce.
Mix together the beef and sausage, then add the meat to the bread mixture and work well.
Rinse a loaf pan with cold water and pack the meat into it.
Turn the loaf out onto a baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
