Description
Layer the first seven ingredients in a large glass bowl in the order given.
In a small bowl, mix sugar with mayonnaise and spread over the top like icing.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Can be prepared the night before.
