Description
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, pudding mix, chocolate pieces, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir into the flour mixture until combined.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups about two-thirds full.
Bake at 375°F for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack. Frost and sprinkle with green sugar and candy pieces.
