Description
Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients, oatmeal, and nuts. Shape into rolls, wrap in wax paper, and chill several hours.
Slice 1/4-inch thick. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 10 minutes.
