Description
Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add ricotta. Beat in sugar and butter.
Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix flour and cornstarch into cheese mixture. Fold in sour cream.
Pour into pan and bake 1 hour. Turn oven off without opening the door; leave cake inside 2 more hours.
Chill well before removing from pan.
