Description
Pick through the crab meat, making sure there are no stray bits of shell.
Combine all ingredients. Scoop out a tablespoon of crab mixture, form it into a loose ball, then press lightly to make a disc shape.
Broil for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
