Description
Soften the cream cheese with the milk and stir in all ingredients except the sour cream, pecans, and butter.
Fold in the sour cream and pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
Heat the pecans in the butter and spread over the top.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve warm with Fritos.
