Hoisin-Lime Salmon

Description
Preheat broiler with the rack set four inches from the heat.
In a small bowl, stir together the hoisin sauce and honey; set aside.
Spray a baking sheet or broiler pan with cooking spray. Place salmon on the sheet, skin-side down.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime evenly over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
Place under the broiler and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle each fillet with 2 teaspoons of the hoisin mixture.
Return to the broiler and cook until the glaze is bubbling and the salmon is cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Top each salmon fillet with scallions and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
