Description

Crush the cookies and reserve 1/2 cup crumbs.

Add melted butter to the remaining cookie crumbs and mix well.

Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.

Mix the marshmallow creme, creme de menthe, and enough green food coloring to reach the desired shade.

Fold the whipped heavy cream into the marshmallow mixture.

Spread over the cookie crust and level.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cookie crumbs in the center.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
