Description

Mix the graham cracker crumbs, 5 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter.

Press the crust mixture into the bottom only of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake the crust at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low just until blended.

Spoon in the sour cream or yogurt.

Pour over the crust.

Bake at 350°F for 65 minutes.

Cool before removing from the pan and refrigerate overnight.
