Description
Mash the potatoes, then add the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the potatoes.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
