Description
Dip one package of split ladyfingers in cold coffee and arrange them on the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Add the sugar and vanilla and mix until blended.
Gently stir in the whipped topping.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
Top with the remaining ladyfingers dipped in cold coffee.
Spoon the remaining cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
Dust with cocoa powder or shaved dark chocolate.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
