Description

Cream together the powdered sugar, margarine, and cream cheese.

Mix together the pudding and milk, then fold in the Cool Whip.

Crush the Oreo cookies.

In a deep 10-by-12-inch bowl, layer crushed cookies, pudding mixture, and cream cheese mixture, ending with cookies on top.

Garnish with gummy worms.
