Description

Wash the broccoli and cauliflower and cut into florets. Place in a salad bowl with the scallions and cheese.

Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Chill overnight.

When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the salad, add the bacon, toss, and serve.
