Description
Brown beef and onion in olive oil.
Place beef and onion in a crock pot. Add peas with their liquid, beef broth, potatoes, and carrots.
Cook on high for four hours or until meat is tender.
After three hours, add the beer.
Before serving, thicken the stew with a mixture of flour and water.
